The problem of thumbnail not showing is related the folder view settings on your computer. Please follow the steps below:

1. Please go to Start, Control Panel, open Folder Options.

2. Uncheck "Do not cache thumbnails" option or uncheck "Always show icon, never thumbnails" check box.

3. Check the following checkboxes: "Always show menus", "Display file icon on thumbnails", "Display file size information in folder tips", "Display simple folder view in Navigation pane", and "Display the full path in the title bar".

4. Check "Show hidden files and folders" radio button.

5. Uncheck the checkbox "Hide extentions for known file types".

6. Click Apply, then Ok to exit Folder Options screen.

7. Close and reopen Family Memories program.
