To better serve our customers, Family Memories constantly releases some new background designs, new embellishment designs, or frame designs, etc. All updates are categorized by the book size and theme, etc. You can always check the available updates and select the categories you prefer to download.

Click Tools top menu, then click Check Updates to start checking the updates. After being checked with the Family Memories server, the available updates will be listed in order on the screen.

All updates are categorized by the project theme. When you install the software the first time, the heritage theme will be installed with the installer. However, you can always check the new designs and updates to get new themes, such as All Occasion Theme, Baseball Theme, Baby Girl Theme, or Mother's Day Theme, etc. Depending on the internet traffic and your connection speed, this process may take from 1 or 2 minutes up to 10 minutes for each theme.

PLEASE DO NOT INTERRUPT THE DOWNLOAD PROCESS WHEN THE PROGRESS BAR IS STILL RUNNING!

You will be given a message indicating the updates are downloaded and installed. Once the download is finished, you may have to close the program and reopen it to load the new updates and new designs.
