Firewall might be the first factor you need to check when you experience a problem downloading the software.

First turn off the Windows Firewall in Windows Security Center from the Control Panel.

Second, turn off any additional firewall software, such as Norton, McAfee, etc.

Or sometimes, just try to download it using a different browser.
