Yes, the left panel and the bottom panel of the program are expandable, you can select either to expand or shrink the size.

Just drag the little arrow on the left splitter towards the right side to expand the photo folder viewer to more columns. Or you can drag the little arrow at the bottom splitter towards the upper direction to view more thumbnails at the bottom tab.
