When you experience a problem uploading your book, please follow the instructions below:

After you enter the email address and password to initialize the file upload, it looks like nothing hanppened on the screen, the program seems to have stopped responding to you.

What you can do first is to minimize this program screen to see if there is any security warning message running in the back of this program. Please follow any of the on-screen hints to resolve the problem. Most of the time, you can just click Allow to continue.

The other possibility is the Book Name, double check and be sure not to use any special characters in your book name.

In a word, please turn off the Windows firewall in the Windows Security Center from the Control Panel and any additional firewall software like Norton or Mcafee before you hit Start for file transfer.
