Family Memories guarantees that every book printed will be exactly as submitted or your money will be refunded or the books reprinted at no cost. Our software will let you preview your order before it is printed.

You define the book size when you create the book the first time, then get to select the cover option when you place the order. After the order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement by e-mail to confirm what you selected.

If your order arrives with any quality issues, please contact us within 7 days upon your receipt. We will not accept any returns unless it is determined to be a manufacturing defect.

Please proof your book before you place the order. Family Memories will not proof or edit the book for you. You are fully responsible for any typos, missing text, low resolution images that occur in the printed book.

Please note even though we print and bind all books at our facility, we may use different presses or binding machines to print and bind your books, depending on our production schedule and the number of copies you order. So we cannot guarantee the same book will be printed exactly the same in different reprints. There might be some color variances or binding variances in different prints.

We endeavor to make your book high quality, these variances are normal in the printing industry and will not be considered as manufacturing defects.
