Family Memories supports all JPG files in RGB or Grayscale color mode.

Images must be saved on your hard drive not the external drive.

Family Memories supports any images from 150 dpi to 300 dpi. In other words, if you want a 6 x 4 photo printed on your final book, the photo size can be 900 pixel x 600 pixel size (150 dpi) and the maximum support size is 1800 pixel x 1200 pixel (300 dpi).
