You are required to log in to your account to download the software. Click the download button, then save the installer to some location that is easy to locate, such as Desktop or My Documents, etc. Please read the License Agreement on the download page before you download the software.

Locate the installer from the folder you saved, double click it to initialize the installation. On Windows Vista system, please right click on the installer, then left click Run as Administrator to start the installation. Depending on the system you are running and the security software you are using, you may see several security warning messages that ask you for permission to run this program. Just click Yes or Allow to these security questions.

Once the installation is done, a three-color tree looking icon named Family Memories will be added to your desktop. That is the shortcut of this program on your desktop.
