All orders are processed the same day you place the order except for weekend and orders arriving after 4:00 p.m. central standard time. Orders arriving after 4:00 p.m. are processed on following business day. Orders on weekend are processed on the following Monday.

It usually takes 7 to 10 business days to produce your book, please allow another 2 to 3 days for shipping. The dust jacket cover photo books may take one extra production date. You will be notified in email of the shipping tracking number when your order leaves our comapny.

We only ship orders within the US or Canada and APO addresses abroad.

If your order is placed to ship to multiple addresses, we cannot guarantee they arrive at the same time. Family Memories does not offer local pickups.
